Jahrhunderts nach Madagaskar gebracht, hat der Kakao dort eines seiner sch\u00f6nsten Ausdrucksterroirs gefunden. Diese 75 % dunkle Schokolade stammt aus diesem au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Land: <em>Bejofo 75<\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Um den Trinitario zu erschaffen, kombinierten die Plantagenbesitzer die Finesse des Criollo mit der Kraft des Forastero. Ein seltenes Gleichgewicht zwischen Subtilit\u00e4t und Charakter.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Die Bejofo-Farm, von der die Bohnen f\u00fcr diese Schokolade stammen, befindet sich im Sambirano-Tal, in der N\u00e4he von Ambanja, im Nordwesten des Landes.
