Jahrhunderts nach Madagaskar gebracht, hat der Kakao dort eines seiner sch\u00f6nsten Ausdrucksterroirs gefunden. Aus diesem aussergew\u00f6hnlichen Terroir stammt diese dunkle Schokolade mit 90\u202f% Kakao: <em>Bejofo 90<\/em>.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Um den Trinitario zu erschaffen, kombinierten die Plantagenbesitzer die Finesse des Criollo mit der Kraft des Forastero. Ein seltenes Gleichgewicht zwischen Subtilit\u00e4t und Charakter.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Die Bejofo-Farm, von der die Bohnen f\u00fcr diese Schokolade stammen, befindet sich im Sambirano-Tal, in der N\u00e4he von Ambanja, im Nordwesten des Landes. Seit 1920 produziert sie die Kakaos, die als die aromatischsten des Landes gelten.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Dieser Familienbetrieb pflegt sorgf\u00e4ltig sein Erbe an alten Pflanzen, in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit den Regeln der biologischen Landwirtschaft.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div>\r\n<p>Diese dunkle Schokolade mit 90\u202f% Kakao \u2013 <em>Bejofo 90<\/em> \u2013 ist das Ergebnis eines konsequenten Bean-to-Bar-Handwerks und offenbart die ganze aromatische F\u00fclle ihres Ursprungs.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dunkle Schokolade 90\u202f% Trinitario aus Madagaskar.
