This 75% dark chocolate, <em>Bejofo 75<\/em>, comes from this exceptional land.<\/p>\r\n<p>To create the Trinitario, growers combined the finesse of Criollo with the strength of Forastero. A rare balance of subtlety and character.<\/p>\r\n<p>The Bejofo Farm, from which the beans of this chocolate originated, extends into the Sambirano Valley, near Ambanja, in the northwest of the island. Since 1920, it has produced the cocoas considered to be the most aromatic in the country.<\/p>\r\n<p>This family farm carefully maintains its heritage of old plants, in compliance with the rules of organic farming.<\/p>\r\n<p>This 75% dark chocolate <em>Bejofo 75<\/em> comes from a rigorous bean-to-bar craftsmanship, revealing the full aromatic richness of its terroir of origin.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dark chocolate 75% Trinitario from Madagascar.
