ORF\u00c8VE presents Dark Milk 53, a 53% milk chocolate of bold character and remarkable intensity. Rich and expressive, this chocolate allows the cacao to reveal its full aromatic depth, beautifully complemented by a smooth, melting texture and delicate milky notes.<\/p>\r\n

To craft this milk chocolate, ORF\u00c8VE has developed an innovative method, the result of several years of research. At its heart lies the union of fine cacao and organic raw milk from a Geneva farm, carefully selected for the quality of its milk and its respect for natural cycles.<\/p>\r\n

Unlike traditional methods that rely on standardised milk powders, ORF\u00c8VE transforms the fresh milk itself in its manufactory. Slowly concentrated and then cold-dried to preserve its full aromatic richness, the milk becomes a distinctive raw material in its own right, with a character of its own.<\/p>\r\n

During conching, this preparation is gradually incorporated into the cacao. Time allows the flavours to harmonise naturally, while the texture develops greater finesse and smoothness. The milk’s delicate sweetness unfolds fully, without overshadowing the expression of the cacao.<\/p>\r\n
