Delivery is free in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. It is free from CHF 250 outside Switzerland.

No, all customs and VAT costs for the destination country are already included at the time of ordering.

It is possible to pay by Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.

Shipments are made during the week of the order.

They are distributed as follows:

• Switzerland and Liechtenstein: the next working day after dispatch
• Other countries: in the morning, the next working day in most major urban centres. 2 or 3 days in other areas.

All orders placed after Thursday noon are shipped the following Monday.

After your payment, you will receive an e-mail summarising the essential information of your order and the related invoice.

You will receive a second e-mail informing you that your order has been shipped.

This email contains the tracking number of the service provider for all orders outside Switzerland and for all orders of more than four tablets in Switzerland.
