François-Xavier, Orfève’s co-founder, was born in Switzerland, but his family roots are Belgian. And within our vision of chocolate, this dual cultural heritage is in constant dialogue.

This freedom is what led us to create recipes like Brut de Noir, with its unexpected texture, or Noir de Fruits, which reimagines traditional chocolate formats.
